Spring & Summer 2020 Culinary Workshops

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our Spring Culinary Workshop Series will be cancelled until further notice.

Join us for a relaxing evening of cooking and baking with Chef Suzie, Director of Culinary Arts and Baking at the ELIJA Farm.  Bring your friends and family for an exciting culinary workshop held exclusively at our farm in South Huntington. Paricipants will have a fun and relaxed culinary experience in which they learn how to make a delicious dish from scratch. Depending on the timing of the individual workshop, participants will either cook their homemade creations here at the farm or will receive instructions to cook it at home.

When: Alternating Wednesdays @ 6:00 to 7:30 p.m.

Where: ELIJA Farm (43 Foxhurst Road South Huntington NY)

Limit: 12 people

Price: $30 per class



April 15th, 2020- Bow Tie Pasta and Blistered Tomato Sauce (Cancelled)

April 29th, 2020- Savory Pierogies 

May 13th, 2020- Pot Pies (Chicken or Vegetarian)

May 27th, 2020- Homemade Spaghetti and Linguine Pasta

June 10th, 2020- Empanadas (Meat and/or Beans)

June 24th, 2020- Gnocchi (Russett or Sweet Potato)

July 8th, 2020- Kimchi: the Art of Fermentation

July 22nd, 2020- Ravioli with Fresh Sage Butter
