Ingredients
- Equal parts of peeled and diced mango, watermelon radish and cucumber
- Lime juice and salt (to taste)
- Freshly chopped cilantro
- Optional: diced jalapenos for an extra bit of spice
- Optional: corn or tortilla chips on the side are great for dipping
Directions
- Combine diced mango, watermelon radish and cucumber
- Add lime juice, salt and cilantro
- Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to mingle
